I was thinking of taking my Nissan for a front wheel alignment, so I called to ask to see if they had any specials. 89.99 for a FOUR WHEEL alignment. I was told they don't do just front wheel alignments...WOW...

This place is awful, after three days and all four brakes being replaced, my husband went to pickup our truck. As he was about to pull out of Parking lot, he realized he had NO brakes, nothing. Luckily he was able to turn back into lot but almost hit one of their vehicles. He had to pull his E-brake to stop! I spent nearly $800!! This could have caused my husband extreme harm. Unacceptable!

I had such a great experience! Alexis Ortiz was absolutely wonderful from start to finish in helping me get into my new Nissan Rogue. The sales manager and finance department were also great to work with.

No customer service, even from the mangers! Very disappointed in their service department as well. They take forever, preform services to your car without your consent and mess up the car further more so you have to go back and waist more time and money. Bought 3 cars from them and will never ever step foot in there again. Will travel further to go to Sutherlin Nissan every time! Horrible place don't waist your time, don't give them ANY of your business you'll regret it in the long run.
