The Worst service ever!!!! Our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder had about 6 recalls and the service department at this Universal Nissan is the worst ....the service manager told me on the phone that we should find another company to do business , they really don't appreciate they costumers....
This company hired me for a sales position they made comment about my race and Origen made spend a few thousands of dollar requiring me to work out , stop smoking torturing me hacking my personal phone device made me sing a no compete agreement and fire me with no explanation of the reason I even discuss with my supervisor at that time that I was goin to rent a apartment this company was also giving me bad reference for me to be able to find a new job I had thousands of dollars in lost with my employment at this company I re... read more
Great service, fast and very friendly! Pulled into the service bay and the gentleman was waiting for me to stop and opened my door. Took my car back quickly, everyone super friendly, initiating conversions. Very good experience.
I had transmission problems. They replaced it. I'm having the same problems and now it's not the transmission. Edwin in the service department is rude and demeaning. Not sure if it's because I'm young or he's just lazy to do his job.
Worst dealership I've been in my whole life. They have made me come by the dealership for 5 times in 3 weeks. Really??? And now my GPS is not working and no one knows what's wrong. They don't even know who to call or what to do. Spend more than 3 hours every visit. Plus 1 hour going and 1 back thats a total of 5 hours a visit and nothing gets accomplished, terrible terrible. Smh. Really disappointed at nissan
DESPICABLE SCAMMERS!! Stay away!! Give terms and draw up contracts then try to retract on offer after car has been transferred to owner's possession. When you call the lender to figure out what went wrong they state they never even received the application!!
I had a wonderful experience at Universal Nissan. Frank was so patient and friendly and I felt as if I was getting personalized attention. I would highly recommend anyone to go here to buy a car. I love my new vehicle. Thank you guys so much!!!
