I came from Port Saint Lucie, FL to this Nissan and it was well worth it! Excellent customer service from my service advisors, Angel C. and Edwin. I drove two hours and I saved $100 even with gas and I will definitely be back. The nail service was an added bonus I was not expecting and I loved it. Thanks Universal Nissan for five star service
Have to say very disappointed with service last two weeks. Was told I can leave car overnight but then when got there on a Saturday, told this was misinformation. Came back the next week to find my advisor off. Handed it off to someone else. Was left waiting in the waiting room 3 hours only to find my car sitting done. Paperwork had been left on advisor who was off. Was apologized too and stated that somehow my time and disappointment will be made up for. Not sure what that means. Will make sure survey is done.
