They aren't deliving any of my medications properly and call me exclusively when I'm at work to duck me. Without these medications I may very well end up dead or hospitalized, and they've had almost 2 months to sort this out. The insurance company attached isn't covering half the stuff I need, and is pulling garbage like not covering the syringes for an injectable medication. I have nothing but hate for this company and the world would be better off if they shut down. Avoid them at all costs.

I used to love this company. I only used it for regular visits and such. Now when I need them for an actual procedure, they fail me. I have been dealing with a closed lock TMJ for months now. My jaw opens less than an inch. Can barely eat. Even have to turn my toothbrush sideways to get it in my mouth. I am in constant pain. UnitedHealthCare is a disgrace and a joke in every sense. Forget whatever they self-describe themselves as, as a consumer of a good or service, I find them to be not only woefully incompetent, but they lie, have out of date data, and I cannot understand how this does not equate to FRAUD. Shady company. Told me if I sign up there would be a ton of providers for me to chose as a doctor. Once I signed up there were NO providers available and I was told to pay to go out of network. Classic bait and switch

Been trying to pre-pay my AARP RX plan for over a month now but their call center can't get anything right. I've already spent hours on the phone with them and filed multiple complaints online. Each complaint gets me a message saying they will respond within 30 days. Other than that, I haven't received a response and I've been unable to pre-pay for my insurance. You would think they would want my money. Too late to change for this year but this is my last year dealing with this horrible service.

Garbage. Absolute nightmare. Our broker did not give us the correct plan information when selecting, she did not do the paperwork on her end to make sure our insurance was set up on the day our plans started, and the UHC motion app is not only cumbersome and difficult to use, but it also wiped all of my health history from my fitness tracker. My Mental health doctor has been trying to be added for 6 months, the other doctor in the office has already been listed and both applications were sent at the same time.. Wish I could give them negative stars. My mother passed away Dec 2019. We notified them immediately. They had her checking account number and proceeded to bill her for 2 additional months. Its now Dec 2020, still only a partial refund (even though they admit they owe more in writing) and I have brought the state insurance commissioner into the discussion as well. If I could give a half a star I would. I am currently going through an issue. I was quoted $300 out of pocket cost on a sleep study because my deductible hadn't been met yet. I then went ahead with the sleep study and it came back and it has now TRIPLED in price for a total of $988.65.
