For now, I'm just reviewing Optum Bank, but I will soon be filing a complaint if Optum Bank does not resolve the issue their claims department created. I received a dental cleaning in early January. I paid $100, with my debit card and $154 with my FSA. My insurance then paid $25.50 more than the dentist anticipated it would pay. Optum Bank denied $25.50 of my claim. Apparently, no one in the claims department at Optum can read a receipt. I am clearly owed back $25.50 from the Dentist as I paid with my own money $100.00. I li... read more

These people call my UNDERAGE CHILD several times a month, all hours of the day (including while she's at school), no matter how many times they're told to stop. Recently a "supervisor" demanded OUR private information, stating that she wouldn't remove the phone number without me "proving" we don't have an account. She was told they are not getting our information because it is none of their business. The supervisor (Lauren) got VERY rude and hostile after she was told no. I had some problems with their website ordering a prescription so i called. I got a man named Tevin on the line. He then connected me to another person who i could not understand. I told this man SEVERAL times that i could not understand him with is accent. Tevin finally took the conversation back over. I asked if i could just order it over the phone. He replied yes. I ordered a prescription today Monday 1-21-19 @ 10:00 AM and wanted to pay $6.00 for 2-Day shipping. Tevin told me it would arrive no later than Saturday 1-26-1... read more

UnitedHealthcare is the WORST insurance company in the market. They've inconsistently processed claims, asked for the same information over and over again from me and my doctor, lost my claims and then sent me an inaccurate 1095. I spent 25 minutes on hold with no one ever picking up. I have a direct contact who doesn't return calls. UHC is a joke and I should be billing for my wasted time. I don't know how this company has an A+ with the BBB when their customer service is all a complete dead end. Optum is structured in such a way to make resolution of concerns a complete maze that no user can navigate. I have tried filing a complaint with them via website, fax, mail, and phone. They refuse to provide email correspondence and none of the phone numbers I have been provided for counselors are able to schedule a time to call me so I constantly get a voicemail box for them. UHC is the worst health care available on the planet to date. They fight you for every single penny that they are supposed to cover and deny you of anything that you need to get or have done to live a normal life. I would rather pay the government money at the end of the year than give UHC another dime. I would avoid at all costs unless you want to argue for years at a time to get something done.

I have been receiving calls from this company for 3 months now, at least 1 call per day. The times I have talked to a representative and explained they have my phone number for a person I do not know who it is, they inform me they will put me on the do not call list. When I kept receiving calls I called the 800 number and explained to Kelly my problems then she hung up on me. My grandmother uses this service and being an authorized rep for her, I have several complaints about this company. We've used them for way too long - over 3 years and we've finally decided to quit. Main complaints: • priority shipping does not mean it will arrive within their estimated time frame. 2 day shipping turned into 6 days - totally unacceptable. • their website does not work on a tablet or mobile phone. have not had success using their iOS apps either. Logging in and verifying info should not be the biggest hurdle.... read more
