I searched for a shop that does cluster eyelashes and came across Ulta Beauty. I choose clusters verses the strip because they last longer, at least the ones Ive always gotten from other place. Until, I went to Ulta. They lasted less than 24 hours. Im glad I waited until the day of my event. The stylist who did my lashes, was friendly, but did not seem to know what she was doing. The employees at the stores in ***** ** are completely & needlessly rude. They do not make you feel welcome to be ****** ****** are never kind when I go to the store. It doesn't feel worth it to spend so much money in a store where I don't feel treated with any sense of decency. The Ulta.com **************** is an absolute joke. I reached out due to a package that showed delivered but was not. I was first told to wait two additional days and it would show up. I called back after another two days and was told they would start an inquiry into what may have happened. This was a birthday gift for a friend. ULTA CHANGE YOUR ONLINE POINT REWARD SYSTEM!!!!!I have been saving hundreds of dollars worth of points to buy one product which is a Dyson airwrap valued at $600. My local store hasnt had any dyson airwraps in months because of stock issues. So buying in store wasnt an option for a long time. The carrier used will be determined by shipping address, warehouse location, and on how busy our carriers are. I've been trying to make a purchase online for the first time and they emailed me saying that due to factors I'm blocked from purchasing online forever. I'm livid! I miss the sale happening last weekend and when I kept calling they told me the case was done. Online customer service is a joke. First I was told to wait three days, then eight days, now I’m told that I have to give them four extra days because there was a holiday. I paid for premium shipping so my order would get here within a certain time frame. They have already refunded that, but refuse to do anything more until they contact me — yes, I was told don’t call us, we will call you. Never will I ever order from Ulta online again.
