Terrible customer service. I have had issues for days trying to complete an online order and it keeps telling me transaction cannot be completed because it cannot verify my card however has charged my card multiple times and took my points without placing the order. i have tried endlessly to get in contact with someone, im either ignored or hung up on. this has been happening for days and my next step is to file a dispute as fraud.

My experience at Ulta the location 24th street and Baseline has not been good I keep trying to give this place benefit of the doubt. But this last experience was awful.Its was like I was bothering experience the melonted manager when she did help me.you could tell she was gritting her teeth the first sales walk away and said she had other people to.help.when I spent way over 300 dollars she never came back.It was unbelievable that manger that have at the particular store is awful. I placed an order with ULTA in order to receive a 'free' 18 piece gift bag. I received all the items that I paid for yet no gift bag. I called to request the gift (which by the way was listed on the shipping slip, but was not there) and was told after a 20minutes wait on the phone that they could not send the gift bag, but would give me a $20 voucher. Note to all buyers, their vouchers NEVER work with any order I've attempted with over a dozen orders. They are crooks and only represent false advertising for 'freebies.' Don't... read more

Don't use their buy online pick up in store. I placed an order for pick up. They only had 1 item and not the other. They put a hold on my credit card for the full amount when they can't fulfill the entire order. And they can't/won't cancel the order. They tell you you have to wait FIVE days for the order pickup to expire. This should be illegal to put a hold on a credit card for the full amount when they didn't even fulfill the entire order. Absolutely unacceptable.

However, when you shop online using a credit or debit card, your financial institution will place a pending hold on the funds while they wait for the payment to fully authorize. Once the order is picked up, then the payment is authorized and then you're charged for the order. My birthday is on my account. I checked on the website and it says my birthday was inputted as 12/24 when my actual birthday is 09/04/16. My first purchase on my account EVER was on my birthday. My birthday is coming up and Ive never received a birthday gift from Ulta and Im just now realizing that the associate who set up my account incorrectly put my birthday. Back in Nov I placed a qualifying order for a free gift. My package said it was delivered but I never received it the carrier left it the garage. I live in a apartment complex. They did replace the order except the free gift it was now sold out. In June again I placed an order that qualifies for the free gift. This time I placed it for in store since it didn't say online only. I go pick up my order. This store never received the free gift to give out. Ulta makes their stylists work on the sales floor when they aren't booked but doesn't pay any sort of wage for that time.

I went in for a hair color. I was asked about adding a opalex treatment. I agreed to it, I then asked to have a trim. I was charged $67 for a trim! $67 dollars! This is absolutely ridiculous. I could not believe the amount it cost. I was not told about this amount or I would have NEVER gotten my hair trimmed. I would have went someone else for the trim. Ive reached out to customer service to express my concerns and cant even get a response. This is really disappointing.
