I ordered online and even I though I said to use the address I enter, the website still used my PayPal address that is in ********** and i just moved Tennessee. They said there is no way to cancel my order or change the address. The only way I can get a refund is if my package is rejected or return. Like thats going to happen. I will not order or shop at ulta again. I called with in a hour of my order being place

This company has the worst customer service. I have spent hours on the phone trying to process an online order with a valid gift card - only to be left no where. Do not purchase gift cards from Ulta - they are fraudulent- they created a system that does not allow you to use them. And there is never anyone higher up to help - they are conveniently out of the office. Ive always had issues with them - but because I love beauty looked the other way. They will charge you fees if you have a charge card with them. I thought I paid my balance off per my billing statement in Mar. But found out they kept charging me monthly bogus charges like finance fees and late fees each month. Now in Jul I owed *****. I pad their made up fees and closed my acct.

Worst experience ever! Prejudice salon workers, unprofessional, rude and ignorant. I will NEVER spend a ***** here. I called to make an appt for a cut and asked if they had someone who could cut African American natural hair. The incompetent AREA EDUCATOR said yes, we have Summer. The manager (Joy) is extremely unprofessional! She's rude and has a bad attitude. Regarding a salon complaint, she took it upon herself to call my cell phone and harass me! The particular stylist I seen had rushed through my service and left a good portion not my hair untouched, didn't even bother to highlight it! She took the bleach off to soon, ******* and then decided to try and hide the brassiness by toning it darker. I purchased over $200 worth of goods. Changed the address to my new one. When I went back to add one more thing to my cart it must have reverted to an old address on file. I realized this as soon as the purchase confirmation came in. I emailed and called immediately to which I was told they cant cancel or change the order as its already been processed (one minute later.) My next bet was ***. I paid almost 200 for my short hair to get a trim, color, and a few foils. Not to mention the 40 tip. My hair turned orange within a few days. I went back and the one lady put something on it to make it darker. *** DARK and no highlights. She told me with shampooing it and giving it time it will lighten up and will see highlights. Nope. I have ulta rewards I shop online and In the store I had seen some things I wanted purchase I went back to check out my cart. There was a box stating if you feel there is a error contact ******************** at this number basically blocked. I contact them send a screenshot how can I send a screenshot if I am blocked. This company really sucks. And customer service isnt any better. So they can keep me blocked and I will spend my money with *******.
