I made a purchase for $143.96 for a perfume which they say was delivered at my front door but it was not there . Called the customer service several times but no help was provided. Nor for a refund nor reshipment . I called like 7/8 different times but no refund . I am a loyal customer for years . Its soo frustrating and annoying. I need my money .

Beware of the FREE GIFT with purchase. I ordered an item and spent more to reach the free gift only for the item to go out of stock. They had 3 choices of colors for a free gift - the one I chose apparently sold out and they just remove the item from our purchase rather than sub it out and stand behind a while quantities last. In store that is fine...you can opt out of your purchase or chose a different option....online however they submit your order and tell you it's their policy to not ship a free gift on it's own. I have been a diamond member for years at Ulta Beauty. Recently I'm not able to placing an order online, first time I figured out I have been blocked from their website when my sister asked me to purchase parfum set online total of $80 about 3 weeks ago. I placed an order that had been delivered to an old address even though I had updated it, it was still delivered to the wrong address. When I contact customer services I was told they would not refund me nor re ship my package as it was shown successfully delivered. Literally the worst customer service. I purchased an order that showed delivered over the weekend. It was never delivered. I reported the issue right away hoping they could find where it went. They advised it would have to be three business days before they could do anything. I applied for a credit card and after speaking to my husband we decided to close it out. I've been struggling to close this card out and pay it off since May and I'm still getting charged month after month even though the customer service rep keeps telling me the card is closed, I've paid everything off and I should not get another ****. Yet here I am again with another ****, why am I getting charged interest on a card that is CLOSED! I'm so tired of this and need help.

I am disgusted at how I was treated from customer service and how extremely unprofessional the treat people with lost packages.
