I opened an Ulta card today, and scheduled an appointment for a bang trim. I went for my appointment at 4:45 and I waited by the back register for about 15 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. They blocked from using the online ordering site, tried for 3 weeks and got the run around. I used ******* with no resolution. They have not responded and I am upset with the customer service. After reading below seems Im not the I my one having issues with online Ulta orders. I recently spent $160 online for a sale. The package got shipped to the wrong address. I called CS 5 times within 2 weeks. I was told a supervisor would call me back and got nothing. It went to be investigated and They said there is nothing they can do. I had an issue with one of the item. I contacted the customer many times but no one is helping me or resolved the issue. Ulta has the single worst customer service I have ever experienced. I sent in a return as anyone normally would have - to their mailing address and since I didn't hear from them after about a week I reached out to them to find out the status of my refund. The customer service agent told me that since I didn't alert them to expect it ahead of time that it could now take up to thirty days to get my refund back.
