Twice I've gone in to purchase foundation, and since covid you can't try on makeup in store but the associate assured me I could bring it back and return it for the correct color. Twice I've done this and when I bring it back they charge me for an even exchange. The first time the product was on sale and when I brought It back they said it wasn't on sale so I'd have to pay the difference, this time it was i had a coupon ($10 off $40) and since i didn't have the coupon i had to pay the difference ON AN EVEN EXCHANGE OF PRODUC... read more

I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years. But January of 2021 I decided to use $250 of my rewards and spend on the beginning of the year deals. In total I spent about $780!!! My package never arrived. I made a police report, my apartment cameras didn't record a driver dropping off my package. And after all the proof I had on my end ulta never sent the package, refund the money, or the delivery company was not held accountable. If I could give negative stars I would! There customer service lacks service to say it nicely! They put signs up all over the stores and on website but cant honor their own promotions! I have gone in multiple times for the promotion and each time nothing oh sorry we are out of stock or buy here and try other locations to see if they have the promotions. Where do I begin.. Two negative experiences. Will be canceling my Ulta Credit Card. First off I had a haircut. It was uneven, and not cut the right way. The stylist even had to ask a co worker their opinion on cutting my hair! In order to fix Im supposed to pay another $55! I dont think so. Secondly, I had a return today and they would not put back on my Ulta card. Instead they issued me a store credit! The people that work here are rude and fake. I will not be giving Ulta my business!

I went to the Salon here to get my hair styled for my company business party. The stylist only curled my hair (tight spiral curled that need to be brushed out and styled still) She gave me instructions on how to style my hair at home. When I said I wasnt confident in doing that at home and I was afraid I wouldnt be able to do that the stylist tells me shes not going to do it for me and refused to do the main part of the service I paid for. The store located at 3153 Cinema Point, **************** ** 80922 tells all patrons that they MUST have a loyalty reward account or they cannot return anything they purchase at that location. This is a violation of not only the written information on your page, but also the verbiage on the back of the receipt. During my visit today, where I spent $200 on a blow dryer was a bad experience as the woman told me that because I didn't want a loyalty account that if I got home and the blow dryer didn't work, I couldn't return it. ... read more

Ordered for delivery driver did not deliver my items. Called both Ulta and door dash who they use. Took four hours and multiple transfers from both companies. Finally called both on different phones letting them know they can speak with each other with me since they keep placing blame on each other and saying they can't get a hold of each other. Finally after a day and hours I got a refund

Refusal to accept credit card statement was not offered nor accepted when I presented it as an option as my original printed register receipt was accidentally thrown away. I was told at the Southland, Taylor **Location Store # 1029 that since my husband did use a phone # to log the purchase and I didn't have my printed registered receipt that I would have to accept the store policy of the LOWEST PRICE paid by a customer within the last 60 days. I visited the Northgate Ulta in Cincinnati Ohio on 12/27/2021 at approximate 1:00 PM eastern time. I had a $50 gift card to use at ULTA and the cashier stated I could not use my gift card if she had to scan it. She would not give me a reason why she couldn't scan my gift card. She began to tell me if I can swipe a gift card that I am not allowed to use. When I asked her if I could speak with a manger, she told me she was the manager.
