Suddenly I'm unable to order online or through the app. My Ulta card as well as OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT are denied and all customer service says is perhaps I'm not typing in information (that previously worked just fine) correctly. I made a wax appointment online for the Columbus, *********** location yesterday. Today I showed up for my appointment. The tech arrived AFTER me though my appointment was for 10am. Her wax was not hot. She still proceeded with trying to wax anyway. The strips obviously wouldnt stick to the cold wax. She left me with a cold glob of wax on my face. I spent enough money to become Platinum, WHICH everywhere states once you are Platinum your points "do not expire". April 1st after my **** points were taken away, there was a notification that 68 points were expiring June 30th. I have been shopping at Ulta since it was a sketchy little store in the mall. I have been a platinum member for a decade. I called to have a simple matter resolved and was confronted with rudeness and condescending remarks. I insisted there must've been a mistake but the representative made it clear over and over again that they didn't care. The rep couldn't be bothered with my issue. Our college daughter has been saving points with a goal of reaching ****, which she recently did. Her status in the past has always Platinum (therefore points never expire) but attending University in person this year has prohibited the ability to shop like she has in the past. I made a purchase online through Ultas website and it was supposed to be delivered around 1 week ago. Really ****** off. I have been a long time Ulta customer and typically love the store. I also am a pro makeup artist and hairdresser so I come here to supply my product and tools to perform my job. I was in a store last week and the girl at the register told me I had $150 in rewards to spend before they expire on Friday (today) I also am not platinum member this year because they dont sell a lot of prestige brands I use so Ive had to go to sephora. I made a large purchase last week and was told if I applied for a credit card I would receive 20% back. I filled out everything in the store and applied. They made me use a different card to pay for my purchase and told me I could get the 20% cash back when my card arrived. The purchase was made in a different state.
