Wish I could give zero stars. My package said it was delivered 2/2/22 and the proof of delivery photo showed the wrong address. Reached out immediately to ulta and told me I had to wait 3-4 days and then reach back out again if I still didnt receive anything. So I waited the 3-4 days and guess what, still didnt have my package. I reached back out and they told me to email them a photo of my door so they could look into it. I have been going to Ulta for almost a year. ***** has been very good and he had cut and colored my hair correctly. Unfortunately ***** started his own cosmetic business and so he no longer works at Ulta. He was so professional I continued to go to Ulta. Three months ago, I could not get an appointment with ***** so I went and booked an appointment with *****. I placed an online order for same day in store pickup. The system kept bumping me out saying my session timed out yet I had been continually completing the requested info. Order finally went through and when I received the email confirmation 5 minutes later it noted the my order was being shipped to my home. I immediately called customer service to have it rectified and was disconnected from their phone system 3 times after starting my conversation with an agent and being placed on hold. I purchased the dyson hair wrap and mascara in December. I never received the package. I asked my neighbors and checked all around the house. I contacted ultra and they simply said they werent able to help me. I contacted them a second time. The second time they refunded me the mascara but not the dyson. I asked if they could ship the item to a store closer to me and they simply said again that they couldnt help me. Worse customer service at ultra. Never again!

This is a company of thieves. If you do not make a payment by 5pm Eastern time on the day it is due they hit you with a late charge of $41. the last thing i knew is there are 24 hours in a day. this is just another way for them to steal money from the consumer. Stay away from this company. They will do anything to steal your money.

Ulta screwed up my online order delivery and held my $1,279.48 hostage. I placed 2 separate online orders for 2 Dyson Special Edition Airwrap ("Airwrap") for a total of 4 Airwraps. Ulta provided me with 2 tracking numbers. I got 2 shipments but only 1 Airwrap was in each box. FYI, each Airwrap costs $599.99, so I spent a total of $2,558.96 for the 4 Airwraps + sales tax but only received 2. I placed an online order on 11/29/21. I never received any shipping notification until I called in 12/4 and spoke with customer service. I wanted to just cancel the item all together since no one could tell me when the item was coming or the status. **************** said it was too late and I couldnt. I had a package delivered and left on top of mailboxes a year ago and disputed it. I placed the same order again and paid for it and it was delivered with no problem. But because I disputed the first charge I've been banned from ordering on line again. I've called several times and they say it'll be escalated, then they say its been resolved yet I can't order! 1/8/22 I spent $183.91 when I went to pay I was told my card was declined COMPLETE humiliation but I knew my card was fine. The line was long so I gave them my Ulta card they ran that card. I went to the car and called to see why my card was declined and was told it wasn't I had been charged twice on 2 different cards. I went back in and was told my card would be refunded. that was almost a month ago and still I'm out almost $200 and all I've gotten is the run around.
