I was so excited to find a salon that I would be able to go to on the weekend. I had problems with the scheduling. I received a text stating if I did not confirm my appointment, it would be cancelled. I confirmed it via text. Then I received another message the next day saying it was cancelled even though I did what was asked and did confirm it the day prior.
