I placed an Ulta order just last night. As soon as the order was placed, I realized the address was incorrect. I quickly chatted with an Ulta member via the app and was told what I already knew --- i had shipped it to another address, my old address. We don’t make changes in order to protect your orders, as we don’t want someone to be able to change the address and snag your amazing buys.
I am so disappointed in Ultas customer service and return policy. Being forced to give up your name and number every time you go to the register is annoying. And, being forced to have your name and number in the their system to process a return, even when you have a receipt and its within 30 days (really 2 days), is the dumbest policy in retail.The associates make you feel bad about not wanting to give your name and number. Beware of signing up for a Rewards account with this company. I unfortunately did sign up for one. I started getting bombarded with multiple email daily, despite not opting into emails. When I tried to unsubscribe, it forced me to sign into my account, which then said I was not subscribed for emails. ZERO STARS 06/20/2021 This order was made online on June 6. Every time we call they say, “Your order shows delivered. It should be there tomorrow. If it does not arrive please give us a call.” This is unacceptable. They are stating since the package shows as delivered they cannot [WILL NOT] provide a refund.
