I ordered an online order from them totaling $51.06 on 4/13/21. It was mailed out on 4/14/21 and was said that it was left on my front porch on 4/18/21 which is a Sunday. I looked everywhere outside and there was no package. I contacted Ulta and got the response that I needed to wait 3 days to see if it showed up. ULTA (Billing issue) My bills are always paid on time. For some reason, Ulta never received my payment, so I stopped payment on check and paid by another credit card. This was all done before my billing due date. So, what do they do. Charge me $29 for a return check fee......AND they refuse to waive it.

Do not pay for expedited shipping from this business. On the website, if you expedite, it says it will arrive within two business days. When shipping confirmation email arrives, it says 3-8 business days. When you call customer support, they say “The website is showing just an estimate.” And they will also refuse to refund the expedited shipping charge.

I am a decades long Ulta member writing this to inform and complain about 2 issues that are not in your drop box options for your on-line form. The 1st issue is a major problem ordering on-line and trying to use my very old, original rewards card membership #. I placed an order with Ulta online, and there shipping is horrible. I ordered enough items so that way I wouldn’t have to pay the extra shipping fee, and upon checkout they didn’t even give me an estimated delivery time. I have been constantly checking if my package has been out to ship but every time I check it just says awaiting carrier pickup, and it’s has been like that for 4 days. I don’t mind having to wait but if they could just let me know when I can expect my package to arrive would be nice.

It’s extremely annoying to be asked for my phone number. If I decline to give it the sales associate asks the person next in line. Stop it! Just Stop it! Why is it so important to have a telephone number to associate with the transaction? Ultra must sell the phone numbers. I won’t shop at Ulta anymore. Lincoln, ca store is the worst!

I ordered $45 worth of products and never received it. They said there was nothing they would do about it because the delivery company said they left it at the right address and left it in the lobby, even with a sign telling delivery people NOT to do that. I will never shop with them again.

On April 8th, at 12;30 pm I purchased a perfume, hour later I got an alarm, someone tried to check my credit (comenity Capital/ulta) !!! it was not my first visit. The store I purchased was at Eastvale. the cashier name was ; Kaitlyn. I trying to contact this "comenity Capital" but it was unsuccessful . Why Ulta was tried to check my credit report? Really bad experience, never go back. Be carful people when to used credit cards, really scary.

I placed an order on 3/26/21 for 2 items, the Dyson AirWrap ($550) and The Ordinary Niacinamide ($5.50). On Saturday I got confirmation that a shipping label had been created. On Monday I got confirmation that my order had shipped and it would be delivered on Tuesday 3/30/21. On Tuesday afternoon a LaserShip driver came and dropped off a small envelope containing only the $5.50 item.
