I've been a loyal customer for years. But never again. I finally reached 2000 points in my ulta account which is worth $128.00. I made an online purchase and it only allowed me to redeem $86.00 which I thought fine. I know I will be back, I'll just save the remaining $39 for next time. Well I couldn't because I only had $3.00. There is no indication that if you have $128.00 points and spend $86.00 that you lose value in your points and its best to spend it all at the same time. Extremely disappointing when purchasing products online. The processing + shipping time take over a week, even when paying additional for expedited shipping. Reaching out to the online help center will only result in a condescending response along with shopping directions that are not clearly labeled when checking out. After ordering online from Ulta, as well as shopping in the store, I was informed that my online account was shut down and I would no longer be able to order online. I got an email stating that due to my order characteristics and not following that of a typical guest for products for themselves that my online account was closed. Isn't it WEIRD that all orders ship to the wrong house?? I have reached out to Ulta about not receiving my order. When I was on their app, I put My address in for my Delivery and Billing, even checked the box that they were the same. Somehow my order was delivered to where I lived a year ago. Ive always had a good experience shopping with Ultauntil today. I am severely disabled, so I order online and my husband picks up in the store. We live an hour away from the closest Ulta, and my husband cant make it in to pick up the order this time. My medical condition had a spike, and I require around the clock care. I contacted Ulta to let them know and asked them to cancel the order. THEY REFUSED. Apparently their accounting software doesnt allow them to cancel orders. This is fraudulent. I placed an order and right after I made my online order I realized it was set to deliver to my old address. I immediately searched for a place to cancel my order. There was nothing. I then reached out to customer service to see about updating the address before it ships or cancelling the order. They told me that it can't be done and that if the package is returned they can refund the money. The package delivered successfully because it clearly is a valid address, just not my address. Ulta does not believe in correcting their companys mistakes. They place the blame on the paying consumer instead of correcting their mistakes. I have disputed the latest charge on my credit card, as I have cancelled my most recent order. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I am surprised at the reviews I have read about this Ulta because I have had nothing but great experiences there. I went recently and there was an employee who specifically worked for ******* but she helped me and my friend with great customer service. I asked for a foundation suggestion and she gave me high price and low price options. I asked her for so much more and she never gave us attitude. Wish I could give zero stars. This company is a scam. I ordered a product that cost quite a bit. I put in the correct address. They say my address was incorrect. The only thing missing was my apartment number. I dont understand how your package gets delivered to the wrong address when the street and house number were correct. I will never order from them again!! They had the nerve to tell me we cant refund or replace your order. Im so disgusted with this thieving company.
