This business is a complete joke all I asked for was for an address change because community did not update My shipping address like they said when I called in when I moved from my previous address all I asked was if they can change the address or go ahead and cancel it out if they cant change it because where I live theres too much mail theft and they didnt do nothing to help Ive called corporate the office every where are you can possibly think and they wont help you at all and if the package gets stolen I still have to pa... read more

I recently placed an order, I immediately realized that my free product wasn't on there. I called immediately, thinking they could just add it on NOPE couldn't be done. So I did what the sales rep told me to do, reorder it and they would cancel the previous order. That's exactly what I did, 4 hours later I received an email stating that my order was already being processed and was unable to be cancelled. Two times now I have had two packages lost because Ulta cant use a competent courier service.Each time I have been met with nothing but issues when trying to get a refund or product replacement. I have been called a liar, I have been told to sit and wait, I have been told to call back tomorrow.This is theft. Of my money. I paid for a product(s), that arent cheap by the way, and have twice now had to fight to get it resolved. Save your time and energy and go to another beauty chain store. Ive ordered with ULTA in the past and have not encountered any issues BUT just recently order and they gave me the run around on trying to get this matter resolved. On August 28 I placed an order and didnt realize they still had my old address but I ended up calling and emailing them to correct the mistake and they failed to respond till it was too late to change or cancel my order so I proceeded on to contacting the shipper directly since ULTA had told me that they also had already shipped my order that was THEIR EXCUSE of ... read more

I visited store #*** (************************************ East *******, ** *****) on 8/13/2021. Went in to buy shampoo, paid and left. It was a very quick and short visit. However a few days ago I received a letter from ************* saying my application for the Ultamate rewards card was declined due to the info I provided when I applied did not match what they had. Used a terrible shipping service that damaged my package and didn't deliver it.Called ulta and customers service rep said it'll be reshipped with expedited shipping. 4 days later, I contact them again asking where my package is. They stated it's out of stock and didn't care that they wasted my time. The item was a gift for someone and they royally effed up. They don't offer any compensation for their inadequacy. Don't buy from them or trust them to get you your product.

They discriminated against me and sold me defective products. They tampered with the products on purpose to harm me. And I can't use the products I spent money on. They are damaged and vandalized. The facial cleaner is tampered with. Ulta beauty. Com put chemicals in there and affected my skin. Hate crime!

I order $60 worth of stuff from Ulta on August 19, at check out I was told it will arrive by the 25th. It's the 25th no package and my $$$ was taken. Called it for an update told yes you now have to wait till September 3rd to get your items because it's in our warehouse and the carrier hasn't come to pick it up. So 1 month for a stupid order of $60. Company doesn't want to cancel my order because it's in their warehouse, NOT my house. Ulta employees don't want to help they only want to waist my time. $60 for a false promise ... read more
