Fuel charge is "21Liter by 14.5miles" which means 21(liter) /23.335(km)= 89.999km/100L Which means:89.99(L)/100km for **** 15' box truck (V8) engine ( one regular refrigerator moving, in **** hrs include pickup* return equipment travel time ??I really don't know **** ************************ * "****" are both famous and big company of ***???? Who are so "ridiculous or stupid" !??Absolutely I want my money back * fight to robbery action for all ********????!

I believe I was over charged for this rental truck for ******. I called for two weeks on way I was charged so high but no answer. Today I was on hold for 33 minutes to be hang up on before answering my question that I was charged 30 dollars more and the first U-Haul business was so disrespectful so I didn't use his business but this business on ************************ is over charging for miles when truck was sitting overnight without driving until morning of use.

If I could give them zero, or even negative stars, I would. We used U-Haul to move from Missouri to Oregon and it was the biggest hassle Ive ever experienced. Not only did their road side assistance have over a 3 hour wait time with no one even answering or calling us back until the next day, but their trailer damaged my car due to it being put on by the company improperly. We ended up having to buy TWO trailers as one got damaged in the drive, again by being hooked up incorrectly, and we were not reimbursed for either the s... read more

Horrible customer service. Over charged due to them not checking my truck in the same day it was returned. Spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. Will never use haul again after the way I was treated.

I have used this location several times over the years. Lately, I have been overcharged for gas TWICE. Don't think you can call their phone number about this........you will be on a one hour hold, and then get cut off and have to start all over again. No, you have to drive there and wait in line, and spend an hour getting the overcharge fixed. Oh, and make sure you take LOTS of photos. When I went back today, I was treated like a lying criminal until I showed my photos; it was very upsetting. The dismissive attitudes come fr... read more

I was left during a reservation in a dark place with no where to go. I was unable to satisfy obligation due to manager no being put on phone.

Doo doo dat dat simply reserved a truck to haul belongings. Relative was going to pay for the expense. I tried to utilise the Chat box was on "hold" for 15 minutes. I phoned the customer service number where the wait time was over 30 minutes. I emailed four people for nothing since nobody would simply take our money so I could pick up the truck. The WORST ever. If I move again, Good gravy, I'll carry every belonging I have rather than deal with this lousy, worst, inefficient, time-suck company. No service, no attentiveness. ... read more

On August 26th, I planned to move my belongings into a U-Haul storage unit. To do so, I reserved a U-Haul truck to help me transport from my apartment to the storage unit I also reserved. I received the truck and loaded my belongings. I drove to the storage unit and they didnt have my storage unit. They didnt have any storage units in the size I reserved for. I picked a time slot when the location was open, rented a moving service, and planned ahead. Turns out the location wasn't staffed.
