I have been thoroughly extorted by this lying corporation. ***y actually had the nerve to charge for 41 miles when we drove the truck less than 2 miles. *** mileage gauge was obviously set to rip off as much as they could. Ditto on the gas gauge which was just under one quarter when we picked the truck up on ************. between 10th & ********. Since we went such a short distance the meter should definitely not have read close to empty. Nonetheless we filled the tank to one quarter so we wouldnt be charged for gas as well.... read more

I rented a UHaul trailer on 8/31/2021 for a move to ******. The trailer axel broke 150 miles from my destination. It took 6 hours for assistance to arrive which entailed a flatbed to tow the trailer the rest of the way. The trailer arrived about 4 hours after I arrived which was after 12 AM. I called Uhaul about a week later to complain about the trailer and asked for a credit for the cost of the trailer. This is the worst experience in my life.... moving across canada, don't use them. numerous phone calls, they do not do, what they say they will do. Being transfer 4 times to talk to a manager, but yet you have to repeat your story each time. Now they want me to pay full mth rental for my Uboxes for less then 24 hours, I was told a manager would call me back within the hour, then called back, was told 24 to 48 hours.... but that didn't happen. they don't care what so ever!!!! extremly disorganized company.

By FAR the worst moving company ever created. I desperately wish I would have paid the extra money and went with someone else. I ordered 2 Uboxes that were supposed to be guaranteed delivered today (10/17). I called Uhaul a few days ago because I noticed on the reservation portal my boxes said they were in storage at the original location so I wanted to be sure they were still going to be delivered since they gave me the guarantee. The customer service lady said they should be in transit even though online it says in storage... read more

I have email traffic and proof of how this business has abused their own contract agreement per period of usage . A month after I returned the u haul truck in the same condition I received it , they were threatening to charge me for a citation I never received. After speaking to citation specialist in U-Haul they noticed the error and began to try to fix the truck plate number . Essentially, someone fat fingered the trucks plate number and somehow got my name. Since all their plates are from Arizona. The citation was given t... read more

They made me pay 250$ for a broken mirrors glass only the glass was broken mirror was completely fine I went there with one of the employees and he saw the damage and he said we have to charge you for the whole mirror because thats whats in the system.I tried calling the manager but she didnt pick up or call me back

If I could give zero stars I would. We reserved a trailer last night. It said reservation guaranteed or well give you $50. THAT WAS A LIE. Tell me why they called this morning and canceled. How does this company even operate? Thanks for ruining my move Uhaul. Oh and I didnt get the $50, what a scam. I hope uhaul goes out of business soon. I have had nothing but issues with them for the past year. I can listen to your Covid BS all day, but at the end of the day uhaul has major issues that arent due to Covid.

On 9/30/2021, I rented a Uhaul from the Whitefield location for 2days. When placing the order, I was told we just needed to pick up the uhaul. After driving to **********, we were supposed to go to ******, ** and drop off the Uhaul there. That job in ****** got moved to a new location so we returned the Uhaul to *******, ** rather than the original plan of dropping it off in ****** , **. I have had the worst experience with Uhaul. Every interaction I have is just terrible. I am completely regretting my decision to book with them because I have run into problems at every turn! This is my second time booking a Ubox from Uhaul for a cross-country move. With my first reservation, the main problem was a lack of communication.
