I don't think a star is warrant. This was the worst service I have ever experience. You spend a couple of thousands for BAD customer service. The easiest thing was the first for call to reserve a 26 foot truck and storage from ** to Ga. Scheduling needs more training ASAP. They schedule truck and trailer at the same time knowing the trailer holder close the time I'm picking up the truck. **************** sent an email to confirm my pickup location. That was incorrect. The Most Stupid Rude Slow Lazy AZZ beech's that work there i have storage in the U-Haul of Bridgeport in *******. I gave 2 stars because the people are nice. Problem is they will rent you bad equipment. My family and I almost wrecked because the brakes don't work right going downhill when in haul. The engine actually accelerates when you push the brake! My car didn't fit the dolly and we had to remember to keep tightening the straps. AND I have told them 3 times I have moved (they also helped with the move) and no longer need the storage I was renting. 3 months later I am still having trouble with them taking money out of my bank every ... read more

Rented a trailer and bought it back on the same day, person inside said I was good when I returned it, 2 months later, get a call asking where the trailer is? I told them that it was brought back the same day, I said they should check their cameras and they would see when I picked it up and when it was dropped off. Worst company ever! Rented some uboxes from them and they told me they would ship them on 08/20. They never shipped them. I called every other day and they put you on hold for hours, every time some idiot on the other line would tell me they would ship them the next day and it was on schedule. Kept going on like this for 10 days before they finally shipped on 09/01. Then it took an additional 16 days for them to tell me the boxes were at my local uhaul station, ONLY THEY WEREN'T. Uhaul called us less than 24 hours before we were scheduled to pick up a 26 foot truck for a cross country move to make us pickup a truck over an hour away. We scheduled the truck weeks ago and then they wait till the day before to call to stay no uhaul location out of over 20 local locations had this size truck for us. They offered $50 for the hassle. That won't cover the gas just to drive the truck back to our home to pack it, let alone over 2 hours in driving we don't have on a busy day of packing. This is incredibly inco... read more

Hello, just let you know i want to give very low bad review with uhaul, because we been on the phone with customer service for hour so many time and they changed locations everywhere but our stuff with containers are in ********** and my family friends been trying to communicate with uhaul and we ended up no promises for bring our stuffs to new place after we been telling them new address and they don't keep their word and emailed and also we been waiting for long time after they said will drop our containers and trailer too... read more

From the beginning, this process was horrible. I paid to have the boxes delivered to my house and ordered that to happen. The Richfield UHaul then calls me two days later and says they cannot deliver all of the boxes at once, because they don't have enough trailers. The number of trailers for UHaul boxes is not my problem - I paid for the service because I needed all of the boxes to be at my house for movers. They call again and say they can do it. Awful Ubox experience has made my recent move a nightmare. I reserved 2 Uboxes that I used to load and pack from my origin location in ** with the final destination of MA (Aug 16 2021 guaranteed arrival). Only one of my boxes was shipped to MA and Uhaul accidentally left my other Ubox in NC (no explanation why). No one notified me that my second container had not shipped.
