I was excited to order 2 u-boxes and moving support for an elderly relative's move ******** pack up and unloading). Regrettably, I ran into problems with the interface between U-haul, Moving Helpers, the local U Haul site and the moving company U-Haul contracted for my move in Georgia.I have spent 8 1/2 hours on the phone over 2 days to try to resolve the problems in obtaining my boxes in Georgia as ordered. NIGHTMARE! My truck reservation was lost. On the morning of the move, we were told that there wasn't a 26 ft. truck available in my town despite the reservation. We went through 2 frantic hours trying to locate one and somehow get it to my home before the movers were scheduled to show up to load it. As for the unused moving supplies, those can be returned to a U-Haul Center with the original receipt, if they were not part of a bundle (a bundle can be returned but all items within it must be returned). I went to pick up a ************************** on a Sunday, and it required a mobile pick up since they didn't have anyone working. When trying to log in on my phone, it would not accept my password. I tried resetting, but could not get it to process. It took 45 minutes to get a customer service rep on the phone, as I finally was able to process the check out. Uhaul is a shady business they always charge my bank account for deposits after returning the uhaul in good condition. These people fraudulently hit my bank account multiple times. I will no longer use this crooked as company.

Reserved a 20ft truck, used moving helpers, load movers called to say that UHaul shouldn't have them on their list, can't help me on the date reserved. Got nervous, upgraded to a 26ft truck because we had no experience with loading. Found another mover to load. Met me at UHaul location, said 20ft truck would do. THREE minutes after running my card, cancelled the 26ft and got a 20ft as originally planned. They NEVER CANCELLED the original reservation as stated and my card was charged for BOTH trucks. I think they are full of c*** because I had up to four reservations due to there broken website an to my inconvenience there was nothing handle. Yes there were several attempts to fix an resolved but right back where I started in the beginning. They literally took up my whole day an caused a refund to my movers whom I had purchased on the same day the truck was reserved. Uhaul has serious issues with their booking and reservation system and will leave you hanging when you are in the midst of having to move.Scheduled a 20 foot truck at a specific pick up time and location. 4 days before the move they called to say they were switching the pick up time, location, drop off location (to another city), and dropped us down two truck sizes. A reservation system should reject bookings if no trucks are available.Went to get the truck, had 24 moving blankets reserved, were told they had none. My move w... read more

They step me up as a service center and then didn't give us the proper login and it took months of people calling trying to book but guess what, we couldn't log in.

I will never rent from ********************** again! This was the absolute worst experience. The customer service is horrible and they will go all around your complaint to keep from displaying great customer service and correcting THEIR issue. I rented a ********************** and auto transport from this location. To begin with no one was willing to assist me in getting my car setup on the transport. I was told to go and watch a ******* video for assistance or pay them an additional $25! I paid over $2000 for the rental! Fi... read more
