My first time there yesterday... and I am very impressed with how much time Amy took to make sure I was getting the best bike for me. I am so glad that we have such a great shop in our town ❤️✊🏼
What an amazing shop and wonderful people! I haven't ridden a bike for 25 years and Amy was so wonderfully supportive that I felt completely comfortable. She spent a few hours with us and we both left with new bikes. I can't remember a more pleasant shopping experience in my 41 years. Shout out to Mouse the greeter!
This is a great shop, the people were very helpful, easy to talk to and there was not any hard sales being pushed. We went back several times before picking the bike for my son who is MTBing competitively and they were top notch with information and the set up for him. I highly recommend Twisted Cog for everyone looking to get a bike, be it, cruising, or competition.
Just bought my first new bike in about 30 years, and they were ALL so helpful. From finding the right size, to what type of bike would best fit my needs...to even all the things you don't think about 30 years later (helmet, pump, tools, water bottle cage, etc) - There was ZERO pressure from anyone, and I honestly felt they wanted to make sure the bike I got would be the best one for me. HIGHLY recommend.

I purchased new tires for my wheelchair and took it to Twisted Cog without a call in advance. Not only did they take me right in they had the new tires on in no time. Ed took great care of me, would highly recommend to all my friends and family.
