Hello to the Wonderful Staff at Twisted Cog: I called on Friday and spoke to a staff member, who reassured me that our bike was probably not a complicated repair. I was told to bring it in on Saturday. My husband visited the shop and returned home within 45 minutes with a repaired bike for a very small cost. Everyone at the Twisted Cog treated us as though we were their only customer! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WONDERFUL STAFF!!!! Thank you to everyone at the Twisted Cog! Kathy & Jerry Powell
