So friendly and helpful. Went in near close yesterday hoping that they could somehow fix my son's bent front sprocket, and they did. Then we got to go on our 20+ mile bike ride. Great service at a fair price.
Been in both to visit and for emergency service. They did a great, quick, and inexpensive job fixing a snapped chainring (incredibly, had the right size ring in stock), and were able to fix it while I waited. Found Jill and Ed to be very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of entry level bikes so as always I IMPLORE folks new to cycling to not buy a cheap bike at a big box store -- you don't save in even the short run on those cheap bikes, and you don't get quality service even in assembling the bike.

Everyone at the shop is nice and welcoming. They even helped me out by doing a basic tune up and tire replacement a few days before the shop was even actually open! Great customer service.
