Just got finished doing business with Twisted Cog and absolutely loved the experience. The staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful for a person new to riding. I wasn't forced into buying the most expensive item out there and the staff was able to be budget minded for my needs. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future. Thanks Team!!
Twisted Cog is amazing! Ed and Jill are amazing people, who are super helpful, and extremely professional!!! I am going to tell all my friends about this dope place!! Thanks guys!!
I just want to give a big shout out to the Twisted Cog in Phoenixville! They are very cool and will do whatever they can to help you with all of your biking needs no matter how busy they are. They helped my husband find a bike that suited his needs and fixed mine at a minimal cost. We can't say enough about the service and overall good vibe at this place. THANK YOU for getting our bikes ready for this weekend... YOU ROCK!!!
Ed and Jill run one of the frendliest most helpful shops in the tri-state area. They really know their bikes, and treat their customers like gold.
It's weird having a mechanic talk me into a >less< expensive repair than the one I thought I needed, but I think I like it. I've been a customer of this shop since shortly after they opened and I'm a complete fan. The staff are always friendly and courteous, and their repair work has been first rate every time I've brought a bike in.
Ed & Ryan are great mechanics/people who really listen and are upfront and honest with everyone. Amongst the few people that I trust with my bike! Bravo!
Huge shout out to Ed and the gang at Twisted Cog, riding through for one day in the middle of a two month trek up the eastern seaboard, and he literally dropped everything to fix a few of our nagging problems and get us back on track...awesome work!
Love my new bike, helmet and lock. Thank you to Jill for helping find the perfect, and of course stylish, bike for me.
FINALLY!!!! A bike shop that takes time to learn your specific needs, investigate the real issues, and actually fix them. (The first time.) As a triathlete I have struggled for years to find a shop that wants to put effort into Tri bikes. Let alone a Cervelo P5. The people that work in the shop are not only attentive, and knowledgeable, but also follow up and are extremely personable. I feel that they are passionate about what they do and take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. :)
