I bought two 20" mountain bikes for my twins at Twisted Cog and we couldn't be happier with the friendly and professional service! We'll be back for 24" mountain bikes soon!

Got a carbonium stem jawn and its way more better than the one I had with the crack in it. These guys are like rocket surgeons!
Bought my bike in 1996, a Gary Fisher Mamba ....back when I was really into single track mountain biking. I used it and abused it for about 5 years. In 2004 I used It as a police patrol bike. After that, It sat for years collecting dust, rust, mildew, and even some bird droppings. I tried to sell it at a yard sale for $20....no one wanted it. The nice folks at Twisted Cog in P-ville gave her a tune-up and she rides like a dream. Great local business to support.
Twelve miles into a 40 mile ride and my friend’s derailleur cable snapped. Thank goodness Twisted cog wasn’t too far away. They were able to make the repair quickly and get us back on the road. Everyone in the shop was knowledgeable and friendly. Good vibes all around! I will be back!

I've bought 3 bikes (2 for me, 1 kid) from this shop along with shoes, helmets, and many other items over the past 3 years from the shop. Always find the staff friendly, helpful, and they certainly know bikes well. I've also sent several friends and co-workers all of which have shared similar comments about their experience as well. Highly recommend visiting!
Just got my hardtail mountain bike serviced with a complete overhaul including the fork. I rode it the other day and it feels like a brand new bike again! Everyone at the shop is very accommodating and willing to offer professional advice. TC is an amazing LBS and I'm lucky to have them in Phoenixville. Thanks guys!
