Brought in my Giant Defy Advanced Di, the front derailleur was not functioning, fully expecting that I would be without by beloved bike for days. Ed threw it up on the rack and diagnosed the problem VERY quickly. The wire connection in the shifter housing was barely disconnected but that was the problem and he tighten up the connection. He also did some other minor maintenance stuff as long as it was on the rack. All this for a very reasonable price. Twisted Cog has become my #1 go to bike store for my stable of 3 bikes!!
This place is awesome & so conveniently close to home! Great selection of gear for roadies,.commuters, & mountain bikers! helped me out with shifting issue I had on a bike that I couldn't get right. So glad they open on Sundays! Thanks again!
Great shop in Phoenixville, really knowledgeable friendly staff, plus Walton endurance with Brian and Dana and all the great coaches, i'm thinking about moving to Phoenixville ;)

The crew at Twisted Cog are amazing! I've only been in the store twice and both times not bike related. The first time was to find 10" inner tubes for my stroller and the second time was to get air in the same tires. They didn't hesitate to give me the assistance I needed. Super impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. Cheers!

Recently got back into biking and could not find a bike shop that I felt comfortable with. The chain bike shops don't work for me as in the past I have always used small independent shops, especially living on the West coast. When I saw the Twisted Cog opening in Phoenixville I was thrilled, not only are they accommodating nice guys, Ed and Greg, they truly are very knowledgable and know their stuff !! Best Bike Shop in the area, if you need anything they are very warm, friendly and helpful! Even came through with a Man-D-Aid in a pinch:)
