I took my bike in on Sunday because the derailer was acting up and I had a ride on Monday morning. Even though the shop was very busy Ed took the time to fix it up VERY CHEAPLY! My bike never shifted so smoothly as it does now!! Thanks to your help Ed I was able to have a great ride on Monday!
Stopped in today for some tubes. Ed & Ryan were super nice guys, shop looked good, had just what I needed. Great addition to our town.
Helped me find a helmet for my toddler screaming and all :). Thank you Jill for your patience and for enduring the tears. I was impressed by the selection in the store. I didn't expect to find what we needed being a professional bike shop and all, but they certainly did have exactly what we needed with great service.
