Great shop! They have everything you need and event stuff you don't need but have to have. Worth a trip if you don't live close by. Stop by Root Down brewery across the back parking lot while in town.
One of the best bike shops in the area bar none! The staff is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They carry high quality, top brand bikes, clothing and everything else bike related. If they don't have it, they can get it for you fast. Service is also top notch and pricing is up front and reasonable. Every person in the shop rides a bike on a daily basis and you can just feel they have a passion for it. It's a TRUE bike shop!
When your own bike mechanic recommends a shop, you know you can trust that your experience will be good. They helped me out with a mechanical issue today on Christmas Eve. It was nothing to them and everything to me. Thanks!
I had such a great experience at Twisted Cog! All of the staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. I'm new to the world of biking so I wanted to make sure I found the perfect bike for the ways I intend to use it. They customized my bike and set me up within a day. I rode the bike home and I couldn't be more excited. Thank you to all of the staff at Twisted Cog!
