I have only bought a few small items for doing my own maintenance at Twisted Cog, but the staff has been more than helpful with explaining service tips/instructions. I feel most shops would tell you to just bring your bike in and pay for their service. These guys take the time to share their expertise.
Quick and reasonably priced fix on my seized water bottle cage bolts. Very impressed.
Best wrench on the east coast. Probably best on the west coast too but I've never been there so I can't say for certain. They've fixed everything I've ever broken and are awesome people to boot.
Took my Bike in on Monday afternoon w/ a bent rear derailer, bent rear wheel, and various other damage from a fall & this team called me on Tuesday night stating it was ready for pick up! in addition they replaced worn shifting & brake cable & aligned the from derailer! Totally professional group & will to help get you back on the trail! Thanks😀
The Twisted Cog staff had a no pressure sales approach and really helped me understand my needs when it came to upgrading my bike. And they have dogs!
This bike shop is very professional and willing to to make sure the customer is happy. I don’t live near there, but they helped ship a bike to me and the service was outstanding. If you live within driving distance of this shop, they will take care of you. Professionalism and friendliness at its best!
