RecommendedBought a 2020 Giant Roam 3 in X-large. Got lucky because it's all they had. Picked up same day I called within an hour. Nice people and very helpful. Not rude or pushy like Bike Line (sorry, not sorry). There were two scratches on the top frame tube that I noticed but I'm not complaining (there's worse to come look). Everything I wanted and for a great price! Looking to come back to get more accessories! 10/10 recommend.
These friendly folks always make me feel welcome and are happy to help out with all my cycling needs - big or small. Twisted Cog has an awesome gear selection, and very fair prices. Ed and his crew provide a great service to our community and we're lucky to have them as our local bike shop!
After COVID-19, I couldn't go to the gym anymore, so I decided to get a bicycle to be active and get outdoors. I hadn't been on a bicycle in about 25 years, but Ed at Twisted Cog asked me a few questions and was able to find a few options in my price range. I live very close to the shop, so he was able to bring the bikes and some helmets to me to try out. It was an awesome experience, and I'm really excited to get out there and put some miles on it. Just bought my first full suspension mnt bike (Giant Trance) at Twisted Cog. The owner Ed was great to work with along with all his team members. The store was well stocked with many bikes and accessories. Highly recommended!
