I am sorry no star was not an option. We actually got our shed delivered on time but they put the door on the wrong end. They have a machine that picks sheds up and rotates them but instead of doing it the right way, they used a saws all and just cut the whole end off to put it on the right side. They left a shingle flap hanging off the end not a real big deal but they torqued the screw head off the screw securing the handle so it was lose and they didn't even bother with screws in center hinge. 3 weeks and 4 calls still no ... read more

I ordered the shed online in June and got an email stating it would be installed July 20th. The manufacturer failed to make the soffit correctly 3 times so my shed wasn't completed until August 10th. They also had the hole for the transom widow off by an 8th of an inch so the subcontractor had to move the stud and cut the hole bigger so the window would fit. Shed so far seems good. Customer service is down right non existent! Contracted Tuff Shed though Homedepot took 2 months to get a shed built. I I received two different emails with two different install dates had to call Louisville KY branch of tuff shed and wait days for someone to call me back. The day before intall i get an email explaining time frames for an AM, Pm, or all day install but had no clue which time slot I was in logic told me a 10x12 would not be an all day. Baton Rouge, LA. We will NEVER do business with these THIEVES again. Will spread the to make sure that no one we know buys a shed from them. On installation day, after our old shed was torn down, the installer discovered that the shed that was being delivered was not the same size as the one that was just torn down. Tuff Shed charged us $2,000. above the original cost to replace it with the correct size. Since our belongings were already strewn across the yard, we had no choice but to pay. Warren *****! Warren! You were personally at my home on 7-28-2020, I pointed out to you the issues with my shed which was installed back in May of this year. This is the same stuff I pointed out to the installers who refused to fix it while he was here. Now, over two months later, speaking to three different people from tuff shed, two different people coming to my home, hours of my time, emails, phone calls and texts, I’ve still have not heard a peep from you on my shed properly getting fixed!

My neighborhood HOA won’t allow my shed so I asked for my money back 4 months ago!!!! Nothing and no one returns my calls!! So now no shed and no money $4500!?!?!

Horrible coordination of service and delivery. Company staff followed up day after installation with customer satisfaction call but when confronted with complaints did not provide email address or method to forward problem photos for review. During entire experience never reached anyone directly. Only occasional responses to phone messages.at their convenience. Still no follow-up response to quality issues. Would not recommend.
