Tennessee - Not the worst experience ever, but disappointed in a few aspects of the build. 1) They did not waterproof the window. The first rain we had since the install and water was literally pouring in, like a faucet, from the sides of the window casing. That's when we noticed that they did not wrap the window sill (bare wood), they did not shim the window, they did not caulk the window, neither inside nor out. 2) they put wood under the front of the building for supports instead of the cement block as stated in the contr... read more

Worst Office to deal with!!!! Las Vegas, NV We ordered our 10 x 18 shed in May of 2020. Our local sales representative was Sheidy and she was a great help in answering our questions and helping us with our design for what we needed. Once it left her hands and went to the local office everything went down there from there. we waited a week to hear back from somebody to get our installation scheduled. Chicago area: You should buy anything but Tuff Shed products. Personnel at **** ***** are absolutely clueless when it comes to Tuff Shed's products. They hand you a pamphlet with a regional sales rep's info on it and tell you to contact them for any questions. After leaving multiple phone messages and emails with the Tuff Shed rep I decided to purchase through their website instead. Worse purchase experience in our lives. Purchased a shed from Tuff Shed through Home Depot. Road to no where started in October 2019. We have loss multiple days of work waiting for installation with no contact or cancellation notices. We would wait and wait and then call later in the day to find out they weren't coming. Presently we are sitting with a two story shed that has no door, no hurricane brackets, no vent covers or the required anchoring to pass inspection. The first thing I want to say is that this review in no way reflects the service my sales person Scott ******** provided. He always was and still is very knowledgeable courteous and helpful. I had a 400 square foot barn style building put up with a very extensive loft. There is probably the basis for a good amount of the problems that came to pass completing my building. Got my shed last year everything went fine now shingles are starting to fall off been over a month nobody will call me back and let me know have a warranty but that doesn't look like it works not happy at all

Craftsmanship is a ZERO. Nothing matches up, boards are off centered. I don’t know a lot about construction, but when someone put nails on the top side of shingles I do know that that is not right. Gaps from board to board is present, water is entering to building. When putting the drip edge for the roofing there are self tapping screws that are not screwed into anything. Where’s are shed? Good question! It was suppose to be delivered today after 2 months of waiting. Took days off work for instal and to clean our garage to put stuff in said storage. They told us 12 o’clock than 2 than 4 and now they are not coming at all. Ok that sucks, come tomorrow than. Nope can’t come until Saturday. Horrible service. Would not even budge. Their mistake on scheduling. Not ours. .Sure hope the product is better than the customer service.

I ordered a shed on May 14, 2020 and was given a delivery date of June 22, 2020. After taking the day off work and waiting for installation no one showed up. When calling the Tuff Shed customer service number provided no one would answer or return calls. However when calling the sales number the phone was answered by the same customer service rep.
