Just recently 5/2020 we ordered from Home Depot a shed from this company. We are so excited about it and had to wait for 1 month for installation. 6/23/20 came the date for installation, had a confirmation message from "Heidi" 6/22/20 was left that it will be for sure happening on 6/23/20 between 0800-1200. Actual day got a call from "Shay" at around 0800 that unfortunately they are missing something that they wont be able to make it today. I have tried to get my shed completed and it has been a month. The roof is not finished and the windows aren’t done. I’ve called and emailed and have not heard back in nearly a week. It has been two weeks for the install and I was thinking it could be a day, maybe two tops. I just want the shed done. I keep taking days off work and the install gets cancelled because of errors from the factory or other sub-contractor problems.
I think that the company has one of the nicest products I've seen. However, a mistake was made and caught before it was to late to fix. We originally ordered Eves on our Barn style shed. When I built this out online it was done with over-hanging eves. While I was watching the construction, I noticed that the way it was going up, that there were no eves there and they told me it was not in there paperwork to install eves and therefore I would have to call the office and find out what went wrong. Well built, good design. The fact that it is built on site Isabel huge plus, especially on a city lot with fenced yard. I’ve had 2 tuff sheds. Very happy with both. It was late being delivered by few weeks but it was during pandemic.
Excellent product. Customer Service is outstanding. We have actually owned 4 Tuff Sheds and we have had no problems with the construction of any of them. They build a quality product and the installers are very quick, efficient & leave no mess behind when they are finished. Their buildings compliment any area and added value to all our properties. Hello Tuff Shed Team, 6 I purchased a tuff shed at one of the Home Depot stores here in Wichita Kansas on April 17th 2020. I went through your process up to the point of applying for a location permit. I order storage by home depot and have bad experience the material its broke, I will contact with you ceo . So you need to know how fix my problem because you people in vegas give my excuses and you guys for second time to try fixing you mistake. And look not difference in all...I send email to you company I wish someone contact me. My worries it's my little kids have any accidents for you inaceptable bad construccion to my storage..
Tuff Shed is ridiculous! I have $10k into a project and at this point I don't even know that they exist. Phone calls, emails, in person appointments. The worst!

Here we are in 2022 and our shed is still not even started. We had to have another document signed for the county last week. Tough Shed has had our money since late 2019. Dear BBB, can you help us.
