Tripster's customer service team was able to answer every question that I had and really helped our family have a great vacation! I wasn't sure what hotel to choose but they walked me through all options and I definitely have no complaints!

First time to New York City. Wanted to see a Broadway show and go to the top of Empire State Building. Got a great package deal with Tripster to do both, and saved money. Easy to buy and was able to use my phone when I arrived. Will use again.

Tripster is amazing! The customer service is top-notch and you can book attractions, shows, and places to stay all in one spot. Since they book multiple destinations, it is easy to use Tripster for my travel needs over and over again.

We booked a ********* vacation through this company. Unfortunately some family issues came up and we had to see about moving the dates for this trip. With Tripster this was no issue at all! The customer service rep I spoke to was very understanding and accommodating. They got my dates moved for me with no hassle. I will definitely be using this company again for future trips and will be recommending them to my friends and family.
We just returned from our trip to Branson. We used Tripster to book a couple of shows before we took our trip. I checked some pricing with other websites and the theater's websites and Tripster saved me money! My tickets were accepted at the door after showing them on my phone. Booking with them was hassle-free for us and well worth it, we had a great time!
I have booked several vacations via Tripster. They offer a long list of attractions and things to do and hotels in many destinations. They are a one stop shop! Plus, their Travel Guide was informative and helpful to me when planning.
What an actual nightmare. They cancelled my upcoming trip saying that my bank was responsible. My bank said it was fully approved and processing. Tripster completed deactived my account siting "fraud" and said I couldn't use the same card, same email, or same address. Essentially saying I can't book through them ever again. Hoping I get my money back.
