We ordered tickets to Nashville Shores. The experience was easy and quick. Super easy experience and saved us a good amount of money!

Tripster is full of ******** .. I will NEVER use them again! I had to cancel my trip due to my family being exposed to covid so we had to quarantine. When i cancelled they did not tell me it would take 4-6 weeks for a refund. Why does it take that long to process a refund when it didn't take but a day to take the money off my card ?! I am highly upset. I do not recommend anyone to book with them!!! DO NOT USE TRIPSTER THEY ARE A RIPOFF!!!!!!! I booked a trip through them on 3-19-2021 for our anniversary for 2 nights hotel, 2 tickets to SDC and 2 tickets for JESUS. Their system started glitching while I was entering the info, so I got out and got back in, reentered my dates selected the hotel, even upgraded the room to a suite, SDC and JESUS tickets confirmed my dated and had my husband to look and my sure everything was correct and hit submit. I made a reservation through these guys and ended up finding a better deal with a competitor.... Boy was that a mistake. I asked for a refund and I was told the refund will take 4 to 6 weeks to process. I asked why it would take so long since they had my credit card billed the next day. The lady there told me it was because of COVID and turn around time at the banks were very slow. I asked her, if that were the case how did they get my credit card processed the very next day. I guess she got mad and hung up the phone.

Our cancellation and refund policy is available for review before your purchase. I know it can be frustrating to not have credit card transactions happen instantaneously. Your refund has since been processed in less time than our policy states.

Worked great. Ordered 6 day Disney World tickets for the best price around. It took about 12 hours for the purchase to go through as they had to verify my account and then I was able to use the voucher code and reserve the days we wanted to go to certain parks. My sister in law used them as well and do a combo deal with Universal tickets and Disney Works tickets. She wanted to cancel 1 day (do 5 days at Disney instead of 6) and working strictly through email they were able to help her in 1 days time. Great experience.

I have documentation that states a 4-6 week refund. However, it has been 10 weeks and my refund is still pending. I do not recommend this service to anyone! I have proof of everything and will be taking action.

Tripster is obviously taking money from people and gaining a return while people wait for refunds... It's ** for them to put this refund process on Disney and other parks. They take your money within seconds and then take FOREVER (if that) to process a refund... I would not use them to tell me the time of day. I'm waiting on $810 right now - finally called my bank to dispute the charges... Sooo glad I did not need the money for my son's Christmas... They have had it for so long, I almost forgot I had not received a refund...... read more

********, When you made your order, you would have agreed to the purchase policy that explains that refunds are dependent upon the time it takes for us to recover funds we pay on your behalf. That time is stated online as 6-8 weeks. Your refund was recollected and submitted to you exactly 6 weeks from the date of your cancellation. I can assure you that Tripster is not benefiting from this time. We are glad we lived up to the policy we provided.

Will never use this business again. Had to cancel our reservation because we had COVID-19. It has been six weeks and I have contacted them twice and was told it would be refunded within six weeks. Still no refund. I also ordered tickets from ******* ******* and they refunded immediately. Bad business practices!

******, Your refund was processed within the 6 weeks as stated in our refund policy. When orders are made, we secure them with payment. When a cancellation occurs, we are obligated to wait on the funds to be returned to us. We apologize this process is inconvenient.

i have tried now to get a refund for 7 mths, first in 4-6 weks ,then that did not happen, CONTACTED them e-mail, said it was credited back to my bank card which it was not! Now I am being ignored!! can I get some help!!!
