Using this company to book a vacation package turned out to be a nightmare. They gave false information & were unwilling to help fix the problem. It was their mistake and made no attempt to help fix it. They were very rude & unhelpful when when we tried fixing the issue. Tried to get a refund on 1 ticket I purchased that I didnt not use. And said I had to cancel a day before I even bought the tickets.

My Employer uses Benefit Hub as an employee benefit to get discounted tickets. I just recently tried to purchase discounted tickets to ****** Land through them and of course they use another third party, Tripster. Most of my bad experiences were through Tripster. When trying to checkout with Tripster it would immediately decline my credit card. My billing information was correct, and I called my bank to ensure they were not blocking the transaction. They are acting like a scam. they keep denying credit cards and then sell information to other parties. Be careful

I purchased in this website using 2 credit card but of them got denied. The thing is my money already paid but there were no ticket or refund to my account

I spent an hour trying to purchase Orlando theme park tickets. I had to give up after their system claimed my credit card was declined. I called my credit card company who verified that there was no problem with my credit card. I checked my transaction history to find that the card was debited then immediately credited multiple times for the Tripster order. I have a credit on my tripster account of a pretty large amount due to having to cancel a trip last minute in October. I was going to use my credit to plan a trip this year and now I can't even get to the website just an error page comes up.
