Canceled my order on 3/07/2020, still to this day haven’t received a refund. I have messaged them three times regarding the status of my refund and get to status on when it will get refunded. A month ago the last email received by them indicated that my order would be done with urgency. And still nothing..

I cancelled my trip on 3/16/2020. I was told per, Brianna from Tripster, that I would receive my full refund within 30 days. I did not receive it. I emailed again on 4/21/2020 with Brianna and was told to please be patient that my refund was "being processed." I still have not received my refund. I emailed Brianna again on 6/1/2020 and have had no response as of 6/3/2020. I will be filing a claim against this company soon if my refund is not received. This is unacceptable.

I cancelled my trip on 3/18 and have yet to see a refund regarding my trip in April. I tried to contact them through their website and still haven't heard from them. Two months later, I'm still waiting. It looks like Nathan W. contacted them later than I have and received their refund. Most of the responses by Tripster have been 4-6 weeks so now we are still waiting 10+ weeks later. I understand that it will take longer but every other complaint cancelled after we did and still received their payments.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Most of our theme park related bookings were taking 6-8 weeks, and in some cases longer, to return the funds back to us in order to then process the refund. We are sorry for the delays, but it appears you received a refund, in full, on 6/3.

If no stars was an option, I would choose that. I requested a refund for my order from Tripster for the Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show on March 17th (well before the date for "free cancellation") and was told to expect my refund in 5-30 days. It is well past that time now, and they are no longer even responding to my emails. I don't know any company that takes even five days to refund a cancelled order. I contacted them on March 20th for a refund regarding my trip the first part of April. I was told it would take between 5 and 30 business days to receive that. Following that window of time, I reached out again, and finally heard back that things were delayed, but that it should be coming. Fast forward almost another month, and still no refund. Thank you for sharing your frustrations regarding your refund. Due to COVID-19, it was taking considerably more time than normal to retrieve the monies paid to the venues on your behalf. Those monies have since been collected and your refund was issued, in full, on May 27th.

I paid $1200 for a San Diego Zoo/Lego Land trip and have not received the refund I was promised. It has been over a month. How do I get help to ensure my refund. I was within their refund policy guidelines.

I canceled my trip on March 21st, I was booked to go to Williamsburg on April 16-17. It has now been 58 days since I canceled, and still no refund. I’ve emailed several times, and the last time I was told my refund request was marked “urgent”. I feel like I was scammed out of $500 and it ticks me off to no end that Tripster.com is still operating and taking bookings. Consumers beware, the refund policy is a lie.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. The processing time the past two months has been abnormally long due to the various companies either being closed or having lower staff. Many of which, themselves, are delaying refunds back to Tripster. We worked as efficiently as we were able considering the circumstances. That said, you have been refunded in full, per our records on 5/22. Thank you.

Still waiting on my refund after canceling March 30th after calling (& getting no answer) then emailing multiple times and getting the same response each time. This has gotten ridiculous. I understand being short staffed and unprepared for these uncertain times, but why would it take this long for an electronic transaction?

That said, the issue with the slower refund time was more due to the fact that Disney themselves were taking 4-6 weeks to issue refunds back to us. We share your frustrations. I bought refundable tickets through Tripster for Disney World for $2168, refundable through 5/4/2020. Cancelled on 3/27, well in advance of the cancellation date. STILL waiting for my refund and getting the runaround. It's unacceptable. How can I have faith to use them or recommend them in the future if they can't stick to their own policy of refundable tickets? It's not a way to run a business for customers. I didn't give them a loan.
