We canceled our tickets and hotel for Branson over 30 days ago because they canceled our tickets to Dolly Stampede due to Covid 19. The email response I got said we would be refunded our $200+ in 5-30 business days. Well first off, 30 business days is tomorrow and I still don't have my refund. Secondly why in the world would it ever take that long to refund money to my debit card??? They have been very good about responding but so far no refund over 30 days later. We canceled our tickets for Paula Dean's Lumberjack Show on 3/16/20. The email response I got said we would be refunded our $200+ in 5-30 business days. Well first off, 30 business days is tomorrow and I still don't have my refund. Secondly why in the world would it ever take that long to refund money to my debit card??? Thirdly, I've tried emailing them back and calling them and haven't heard a thing! This is absurd!

Thank you for sharing your concerns. With the circumstances related to COVID-19, the process to manage the 1,000s of cancellations with limited staff and stay at home orders has been very slow. We do show you were refunded, in full, on May 4th. Thank you for your patience.

DO NOT USE TRIPSTER!!! We canceled our trip on March 12th and have still not received our refund as of April 21st! They've stolen over $300 from us, for a trip we did not get to go on. The first time I emailed them they said it would be refunded within 30 days... well when that time was up I emailed them again and they said 3 to 7 business days. Absolutely fed up with the run around!! We will never use tripster again!!!

Was great in beginning now they will not refund my money from March

Canceled on 3/12/2020 and as of 4/14/2020 I still have not received a refund. It's been one excuse after another and yet I'm paying for it plus interest since I paid with a credit card. I will not use tripster again.

Tripster has been running us around for a month now and trying to scam us out of $105! they keep saying and keep saying that we will get you a refund and some email they don’t even reply too! i’m getting real tired of this because all of the other trip places have refunded us quickly except tripster!

Tripster is a great and user friendly website that provides good savings. I first used this company to book my family vacation to Orlando. I ordered my tickets very easily online. Entered in my travel dates, chose the tickets I wanted, picked a hotel, and then got my tickets via email directly after my purchase. We had no problems checking in to our hotel, or using our tickets at the theme parks.
