I traditionally like to book direct with our travels but, Tripster caught my eye, so I thought let’s give this a try. I've used Tripster for two separate trips to Chicago, and I have another trip booked through them for this summer. On one occasion the hotel was unable to see that my room had been prepaid and wanted to charge me again when I checked out. I called the customer service number and immediately spoke with a real person. She spoke with the hotel clerk and was able to explain where on their computer it showed my room had been paid through Tripster, and I was on my way. This entire process took less than 10 minutes. Tripster is a great site for all things events. During our trip to Maui we used tripster for two separate events (a luau and snorkeling) and everything was flawless. Transaction for tickets was easy and the events themselves were great quality! Will definitely be traveling with Tripster in the future.

This was my first time purchasing tickets from Tripster and I was very impressed. A visually appealing website that was very easy to navigate. I quickly found a page dedicated to the Hawaiian Island that we will be visiting that was full of information about things to do. I was able to put in the dates we would be there so it only showed tickets that were available during those specific dates. Check out and instructions for redeeming the tickets was simple and clear. Will absolutely use Tripster again!
