I have a credit on my tripster account of a pretty large amount due to having to cancel a trip last minute in October. I was going to use my credit to plan a trip this year and now I can't even get to the website just an error page comes up.

Where to begin! I booked a vacation package for Branson in May for a July trip. Unfortunately I was not able to travel due to family affairs and had to cancel. I canceled two weeks before I was to leave. I was told it would take three to ten business days for a refund to be processed. Ten days later I called back because I never received a refund.
