Im being trying to purchase Orlando park tickets for the last two weeks and their system keep denying my credit card transaction. I called the phone number and the rep that answer the phone she was very cold about my situation and she said for some reason you have been flag and you can’t complete this transaction. I asked her but why is this and she said I don’t know you are just being flag! Where to begin! I booked a vacation package for Branson in May for a July trip. Unfortunately I was not able to travel due to family affairs and had to cancel. I canceled two weeks before I was to leave. I was told it would take three to ten business days for a refund to be processed. Ten days later I called back because I never received a refund. Tripster was a great discount program and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to put together a vacation package. All of our reservations were done for us and any shows or attractions we signed up for we were able to print the tickets and had no issues using them.

I spoke with a real person when I called, and did not have to wait a looooong time, which is very common these days that many companies have machines to answer your questions.
