The phone service has always been satisfactory, but why did i have to exchange a perfectly good phone with bluetooth and camera among other things for a 15 year old piece of junk? Your excuse was you are moving from 2G's to 4 g's. We should have been given a phone of of at least the same quality.
Frustrated with tracfone AGAIN !!! should be a simple thing to transfer one tracfone phone number to a new phone. NOT SO!! Cant do it on line. have to call. I HAte CALLING BECAUSE I DONT UNDERSTAND THEM HALF THE TIME and they cant understand me. But I do call, cant do it by phone. Their computer promises me a rep will get back to me, Ya think? I'm not waiting any longer. Bed time.
Yes I also received a letter stating that Tracfone would send us a new 3G phone. I followed the instructions in the letter and waited. 3 weeks later the phone came. It is a less expensive model then the one we were using. When I called Tracfone I was told I could buy a phone from them and receive a $20. discount. I decided to have them activate the phone they sent instead. I was on the phone with them a total of 2+ hours before they were able to activate the new phone. After years of using a card to add minutes, it no longer works. I've been trying for weeks, and I keep getting "System Unavailable". When I googled the term, I found a lot of listings and, while I've checked quite a few none of them gave me an answer. I have to go shopping for a new phone - and it won't be TracFone since they have already cheated me out of $19.99
TracFone you should be totally ashamed! I have had 2 of your phones for many years paid way in advance. So you changed your network, and SCREWED some of your customers with inferior products. In this supposed upgrade you did not at all replace one of my identical phones with even a pair of the same upgrades. The one I NEED Bluetooth on for my car came without, and that was not acceptable for my actual disabilities.
