Never use this company. I have been trying sense Oct 19th 2016 to reactivate my services. Still no service. The have the worst service ever. Take names , dates of everything you do with them. Safelink California, Tracfone and Net10 are all one company owned my america movil from Mexico Carlos Slim. I have been called a liar my employees, I'm on my second sims card Still not working. File your complaints with the FCC, because today I am filing.
Trace phone will rip you off don't buy from them. I spent almost $300 for a phone to use it for a couple months for them to lie and not fix anything.
I called to have some assistance and was pretty much told because it is only a flip phone they cant be bothered shame on them. the phone has been used only 6 times has a balance of almost 200minutes and they cant be bothered to assist me nice going!!!!! Perhaps I need to be speaking with Mr Frederick Pollack, the CEO in Miami unless he is p[aid too much money to be bothered with the people that made him successful and that would be the customers!
the worst company,the worst phones the worst customer service ever. bought a Trackfone for my uncle who lives in texas,I live in colorado. we needed thus to keep in touch but having so many issues trying to add minutes to it for him bought a net 10 phone bought a net 10 phone card you people need to be shut down for false advertising, stealing people's money and just bad business practices.
I have been a tracfone customer for many, many years and have always been satisfied. That is, until I bought one of their smart phones with a deal to triple everything. The last 2 times I added, the data MBS were not tripled, in fact, they were not added at all! Online chat assured me they were. Not sure where they went but they didn't go on my phone! So frustrated. Probably going to dump them next time I need to add airtime.
