I am now on my second Samsung Galaxy Prime the first one I had 3 SIM cards for and it still says invalid SIM card and now I have a new phone with a new SIM card and it's still saying invalid SIM card I thought after an hour and a half on the phone last night we had this fixed. I am fed up with the whole Trac phone company I do not understand what they're doing. Obviously they have junk phones.

I bought a Trac Phone through HSN n I get triple minutes n recently they said I had to upgrade!!!!! So I di n they sent me a reconditioned LG phone n when someone calls Icant answer I have to call them back. Also I very seldom use it to call out or text n it will not stay charge more than a few hours n is junk!!!!!!!! So basically laying on my kitchen counter turned off!!!!!! No use to me n HSN says I have to deal with TracPhone. So anyone have any suggestions????????????/

After 4 weeks waiting for the replacement phone, 5 ticket numbers, 2 FedEx airbags (for a phone you already had, and many lies, YOU ARE FIRED!!

The customer service from this company is substandard, or non existent. I am contacting the Washington State Attorney General's office, the Better Business Bureau, The Washington State Utilities Commissioner. I am also going to make sure that this goes Viral across all platforms of Social Media. and to go on record it is far less than poor

I was thinking about a rant regarding a phone that didn't work at all and a bogus exchange that hasn't happened - but after reading the other reviews - I think we will just get a real phone from a real phone company and have done with it. What a waste of time and money.
