I had over 200 units on my Tracfone. Last week they were all deducted so I am down to ZERO!!! I paid for these units. Where the hell did they go and who deleted them>and why????? I have been with Tracfone more than 20 years. Not anymore. Bad, really poor customer relations

Their customer service is the absolute worst. Walmart even beats them out. I swear they only have 2 people working, when u have to wait on the phone for 45 min to talk to someone, then after all that they still screw up everything, so the next day another call, another hour of your time and still the problem is not fixed, they are a stupid bunch of people and need to shape up, they sure have the money to pay more people who know what the hell they are telling you to do. over 5 hrs and still on hold this is great service
I have been trying to activate my new tracfone from my old tracfone (which was replaced and necessitated because tracfone went from 2g to 4g) I was on the phone three (3) different time with 3 different people over a two day period. All attempts at putting my old time and number into the new phone have FAILED. I tried to do it by computer and that FAILED because tracfone says my serial # does not exist. I am angry and frustrated and think that perhaps tracfone doesn't want me to use my old time but buy new time.
I have had tracfone for probably 7-8 years now, maybe more. I love them. Just had a problem, for the first time, with my new phone. They resolved it very nicely. Very pleased!
Tried to byop from Sprint and xfer my # to it . All.I got after 4 tries is a deactivated phone Now no phone no service and no help from customer service. If it wasn't for the cost I'd drop them like a hot potato.I will try once more then it quits.
I had a nightmarish story with Tracfone with countless hours talking and chatting with customer service about their inability to keep their words and deadlines in replacing a faulty phone. After weeks finally got a decent replacement phone. Peace and serenity? Not quite. I get a promo text from them "Great time to add a 120-Min Card. get 60 Bonus with promcode 12745. At first I was frustrated and had a problem with the LGL38C cell phone which was replaced twice because Google couldn't log me in to Google Plus as well as the Google Play Store and there wasn't very much room to download anything. When it was sent back the 3rd time, it came back as a LGL34C even though it was the same phone. After this third time it was sent back, I have been happy with what this android phone can do. Thank you so much Tracfone.
