System wide error??? I am the only phone on my account without service!!! 2 years, my payment (with Walmart family mobile) has NEVER been late!!! Your idea of compensation is to stretch out my billing due date 5 days?!?! So now I'm going to have two different Bill dates for 4 phone lines on the same account? This is ridiculous! Completely unacceptable!!!! That you were able to fix my husband's line over the phone last night. But mine is going to take 5 days. Get it together!
This is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with. They are very stupid, and no one understand or speak good english. I've been with family mobile for a year and then tracphone bought them out. It's BAD I mean BAD. Please people read all of the bad reviews there is no good ones at all. I guarantee if every one drop them and find another service they will be out of there, gone, down the drain.I'M DONE THAT'S IT FOR ME. SIGN OFF and o yeah they don't even deserve any stars.
Horrible. They don't know the meaning of customer service. I use them only because buying minutes for a year works well for me. I don't use my cell at lot at all - I'm semi disabled and spent most time at home.
When I got Tracfone via Walmart 3 years ago, I was NOT given neither a pin number nor an account number. I DO NEED THIS INFO. I went on Tracfone web page and asked for the info via a chat w/Stefany, I gave my phone number to NO avail. Tracfone I do NEED PIN & ACCOUNT NUMBER.
Don't ignore the rating people. Tracfone is the most awful company ive EVER seen in my entire life!!! 8 days and 10 plus hours on the phone and ive gotten no solution at all. Can't make calls then can't receive or send text and oddly my purchase for unlimited minutes vanished into thin air...hahaha I'm done. I can't take the lies, being transferred, lame reasons they can't fix it, ticket numbers to call back next day, and being hung up on when I requested a supervisor or retentions dept. I've had tracfone for about ten years,never had a problem untill now.I got a new phone If I want to set up an account to check my minutes they want the last four of my credit card,i don't have a credit card. So I have to go through a bunch of crap to see how many minutes I have.
I truly have never seen such apathy or incompetency as the technical support staff. I have been in touch with them four times today, with no progress whatsoever. It seems solutions are 'made up' so they can get rid of the caller. I was told today the solution was to go to Walmart and buy an Activation Kit. Fact is, that was done through Tracfone, supplied with SIM card and new phone number; purchased minutes. Absolutely NO logic whatsoever why that was suggested.
