Customer service is based in the Philippines and does not assist in resolving issues or disputes. It is impossible to reach anyone in the US. They will lie to you over the phone and overcharge you.

After two days of phone conversations with 5 different customer service people I finally today talked to Maria who was very helpful and after looking at the notes decided to give me the extra 40 minutes that I was owed. I just want to thank her again and so appreciate her listening to me and resolving my issue. hello how are they gave me a cell phone tracfone is a rebel lg 3 and I want to know if they could give me the unlock code because I'm from the Dominican Republic and nothing can use it with wifi, and I want to use it with the signal here of RD and for that I need it unlocked, tell me. you can pass me the unlock code.

What horrible experiences! I have been trying to activate my phone for 5 days. I have called its customer service numerous times (I forgot how many now). Each time I was told the problem will be fixed within one hour (except the first time I told after 24 hours). This morning I was even told that some one will call me within an hour. Now its afternoon, and the problem is still not fixed.

Liars and thieves. Employees forced to lie, cheat and steal. I will fight in every legal avenue to bring this company to justice. Anyone willing to join in a class action or any other legal recourse, please contact me and I will direct you to my attorney.

I spent 3 and half hours tonight to fix my minutes that I paid for them and they have done NOTHING all night I am in tears and I hate the service of tracfone!!! I hate them. I talked to 6 different people tonight at 630 pm Central Time until 10:00 pm and they did NOTHING for over 3 hours and they gave me another to spend more of my time tomorrow and I bet they won't do nothing AGAIN!! In my apartment I can't get a signal to save my life. Drop calls, I want to through my phone. I bought a new phone to see if it was my old phone or the network. It was the network. The only place I get a good signal sitting in my car. I am not about to spend $200 or more for a booster.
