If the website was any more difficult to add minutes from my account and pay by credit card....I would just puke! The customer service phone line iisn't any better. This world has gone insane!!!!!!!!!
Two years in a row I've needed assistance in activating a new Tracfone. Even though my phones were very inexpensive flip phones Anna A. in corporate headquarters treated me as if I'd spent a million bucks; had me up and running in a few short minutes. She gets my vote as #1 customer friendly employee of the century. I've used Tracfone for about 15 years and wouldn't consider another carrier for inexpensive reliable service. BRAVO Anna!
I went on Tracfone Chat last night because I was having problems with my network connection.( I never did get that fixed) I chatted with one person that gave me instructions on how to enter some information to help get it back. Well, the settings that I was to put her info on, was not there. When I told her it was not there, she told me to just do as she said. That made me so angry! I then went to another agent on Tracfone chat and he said the same general thing to me. Do they get any training on customer SERVICE?
took me two hrs on the phone to activate my tracfone. i recommend Never trying tracfone. the phone itself is malfunctioning already. worst company i have dealt with in years.
I received a letter today welcoming me to TracFone. I have no TracFone. In December my idently was stolen. I Called and tried to have this company disconnect the phone or anything as I am not going to pay for it. The first time I called to report this, the girl hung up on me because I did not have a phone number for the phone in question. The second call, I was transferred to the Law Enforcement Department and spoke to Michelette. They cannot look up the phone by the address, only the phone number. I been with tracfone ever since i got my first phone when i was 13. My current phobe i have is the Samsung galaxy stardust and it is absolutely amazing i recommend tracfone to anyone
As a result of purchasing a simpler Tracfone or "downgrading" as the company representative put it, Tracfone took 90% of the minutes my mother had with her phone. As it was explained "That's what we do when you downgrade". Really? You punish a very loyal customer who has been with you for years and who made a special effort to purchase a phone that was compatible by taking most of her minutes.
