I'm amazed this company is still doing business. I've had the most disappointing experience with tracfone to say the least. For those of you considering using them, take my advice, DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE! The worst EVER! You've been warned!

Never, ever will I use this company again! The worst service ever, they give you the run-around for days on end, the staff is incompetent, nobody speaks a word of clear english, and they feed the customer lie after lie...shame on them!

I purchased my tracfone and a year's worth of minutes in April. Have taken it back to Walmart once and sometimes twice a week until the middle of June and they could never get it to work properly' Then I started calling the company spending hours on the phone with them and finally In August they promised a new phone to arrive by mail. Well, I am still calling and spending hours on the phone with no results. I want a full refund. Wish me luck.

Just had tracfone transfer airtime and minutes from my old phone. They screwed it up and wasted two hours of my time... and made a year of airtime and 1200 units of talk disappear. I finally got most of it back after listening to noisy phone support, but I'll never get those hours back. I'm still 40 minutes short, but life's too short to call them again... and they might break the phone... again. Oh, and I wound up with an entirely different phone # because they said they had to deactivate mine. yow.

Their Android is trash and their service is worse. I will NEVER buy Tracfone again! "I am so sorry you feel this way." Right!

If I could rate it lower I would!!!!!! My mom had TracFone for 12 years went to put her time and number on a new phone asked them numerous times if all of her time would transfer and her number they all said yes . Her number did but somehow her 9800 minutes did not.

TracFone customer service it AWFUL, they ROUTINELY hang up on you when you have a question that they cannot solve. Additionally, they don't provide clear and concise instructions for problem resolution.

Be carefull of calling their 800 number for help. They charge you minutes to fix the errors they made in setting up your account. You are put on hold often while the rep handles another call. They certainly don't tell you that your are paying for the call. They will credit you with 20 minutes if you are disgusted enough as I still am.
